Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return
All Lumia orders come with a pre-paid return label. Simply package up the products you want to return, seal well, and affix the return label on top of the original shipping label. Drop off the package at any UPS Store or UPS Access Point.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at hello@lumia.beauty, within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
